Jacked Behind Bars!!!

So, I was looking for workouts to do this quarantine. A lot of my friends suggested military workouts as they require a minimal workout. I gave military training a shot for a week and the results were commendable. But the intensity left my muscles sore and it’s not a very fun workout that I’d want to be engaged again. It is intense, 100%, but I personally, can’t continue to do workouts that don’t bring out the best in me while not being able to have fun

I spent time browsing the web and I came across a prison workout. Yes, workouts that convicts do in a 6×8 feet cell and the only equipment that they can access is their bodyweight. (Absence of a pullup bar as well).

Convicts tend to have more motivation, determination, and perseverance to work harder and come out of the tough times and backgrounds they belong to. Their mindset and natural way of thinking can take the hardest punishments because most of the men/women behind bars have seen tougher times. How else do you plan on killing time in your 6×8 cell? Might as well throw In that grind and do something productive for you, your body, your health, and your well-being.

Prisoners may not have the best equipment to build or maintain their muscles. But what more do you need than a strong mind and your body? Prisoners are not stopped from working because prisoners must be able to defend themselves against dangerous situations due to the hostile nature of some prisons.

There’s nothing magic or out of reach about the way the prisoners live, exercise, or eat that makes their physiques, strength or size unattainable for a general member of the public. All you need to do is to maintain both dedication and patience yo your goal and you’ll achieve it.
